CastleNET

Earlier this evening I was speaking to Beatnik, and he happened to send over some files from our uni days. CastleNET is seems now exists down South in Leamington, as well as here in Dundee. But the origional will always be something special

Stuff

Working on Crackdown. At home. In Pub. Rach gettin’ drunk on cider. Going to be a special. Don’t talk to Sarah.

Thinking of the Balls

I’d fuck Zoe but be thinking of Johnny

Me according to Mike

Bastard!

(17:40:40) FeralBob – Gallery fixed: Might be a bit late wandering up to the pub. Going to pop into someone I knows flat for a bit
(17:41:23) Mike: Okay, are you stalking this poor girl, and will you be stealing panties whilst in her flat?

Life according to Charles

A little ditty that Charles uttered in the pub last night.

Big Tits >= Small Tits >= No Tits >= Cock

WPG2

Obvioulsy this site is in a state of flux at the moment. I’m currently trying to setup Gallery2 and WPG2.

New phone and no camping (yet)

Busy at work so no camping yet. Hopefully be able to sort it either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Got my new Treo 650 too. A nice improvement. However WiFi would be nice.

Pictures

Just uploaded the photos from last week…. some of Edinburgh, then the wedding, then some more of my stay with Sarah in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh take two

Currently sitting in Sarah’s mansion of a house. Have been running around Edinburgh’s galleries and (Sarah) made dasy chains. Sarah is a brighter shade of pink, and my bauldy heed is a little red and sore too due to sarahs abuse.

Going to have a BBQ tonight and fry some tasty bollocks before heading back to sunny skumdee. Photos on the way.

PS Sarah wrote most of this.

Wedding time

This weekend, I’ve been down at my Aunts for my cousins wedding. Had a nice day in Edinburgh with Sarah. Plenty of shopping. Managed to meet Abi and have a pint on the roof of the Haymarket. Flight down was uneventful.

Lucy’s wedding was superb. She really looked like a princess. Very odd to see my little cousin get married. Just going for a meal now with the newly weds. Flight back up this evening, then staying with Sarah and back on Monday.

Pictures up asap.

Test

A quick test of mo:blog

This week I’ll be mostly working on

For those of you that didn’t know, or hadn’t guessed I’m working on an Xbox360 game. More news when I can talk about it :)

Bluegh

Not in Peru anymore…. had a wonderful time. Trying to sort a few things out. More info later.

Peru

Right at this minute Im sitting in a internet Cafe in Peru, Cusco to be precise. The weather is wonderful, the altitude takes some getting used to. Its good to be out of Dundee for a while. Several things there are pissing me off in various forms. Im assuming most people know what they are.

The flights out were long, but uneventful. Right Ive got to head since I want to get out in the sun. Ill try and post later once the treek part is done.

Oh and in other news, the xBox 360 is now official.

Vis and NARC

Well my old place of work has gone into administration. A real shame for the people involved, but if I’m being honest expected :(

A few of the Dundee chaps are okay, although I’m still not sure what is happening to the Edinburgh chaps.

In other news NARC has been banned in Australia :( I’ve also heard that it won’t get a European release at all because SCEE won’t give it permission. What a joke! Oh well, time to import a copy from the states

Bev Knight

A couple of weeks ago I went to see Beverley Knight at the Glasgow Carling Academy with Sarah. Beverley was superb! A great performance, and I’d love to see her again live. Supporting was Kevin Mark Trail, who again was great. I ordered his CD from Play.com and I’ve really enjoying it.

Once the gig was over we went and stayed at Kyle’s flat. Muchos thanks to him.

Pictures in the usual place (although very blurry)

Gattaca

This story on the BBC really alarmed me. Until I saw that article it never occured to me that we were so close to a society like that in Gattaca. I’ve grudingly accepted the CCTV and the DNA databases of *convicted* offenders, but now I feel it’s starting to go a little too far.

As a citizen of the UK, I’m already a member of the most watched population on earth. Last week the government along with PITO(I think) mentioned a national rollout of automatic number plate recognition. We already have one of the biggest databases of DNA in the world, now they are examining the idea of rolling that out to the entire populous. :(

At least the Human Genetics Commission have recognised the inherit moral and social issues. However they also mention the cost, and I have a feeling that is of more importance to those in power than the rights of the individual.

Baroness Helena Kennedy QC

“We have concluded that there are important ethical, legal and social barriers to genetic profiling of this kind, although there could be medical advantages in the future.

“It is important that research continues in order to establish how far profiling could be clinically useful, and it is critical that developments are kept under review.

“Specifically, we are recommending to government that the entire topic should be revisited in five years, when technologies will have moved on and the prospect of this becoming a reality is closer.”

One final thing, if you haven’t seen Gattaca go and watch it now. If you can watch it on DVD and have a look at the coda in the special features.
